My client is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their talented delivery team in Bristol and work with designers within the UK and internationally. As a consultancy, they work across a range of interesting sectors including Aviation, Energy, Cities and Development, Education, Transportation and Defence.

We are looking for a candidate who is Chartered with CIBSE or IMechE or is working towards chartership. Ideally, you will be degree-qualified in a relevant field, and have experience working in a design consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Design and specification of all Mechanical Building Services systems - heating, cooling, ventilation, domestic services, drainage calculations
- Produce detailed calculations using industry-standard software such as IES etc.
- Prepare technical specifications using NBS
- Collaborate with their BIM team to prepare models and drawings, using Autodesk Revit
- Attend client and contractor meetings
- Site surveys, inspections and monitor site work
- Report and technical note writing
- Project delivery and understanding budget costings
- Assist with technical development of junior staff
