About the role:
You will lead the delivery of Mechanical Engineering services for large/ complex commercial office projects in London and act as a project leader for multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring successful outcomes from design to construction.
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years (ideally 8-10) of mechanical Building Services design experience.
- Experience designing commercial office buildings.
- Previous project leadership or management experience with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with the full range of RIBA design stages.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and technical staff.
- Senior Mechanical Engineer (Commercial Office Projects)/ Mechanical Building Services Design
- London area, flexible working arrangements
- Salary flexible, circa £70,000 - £80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
