The client specialise in commercial / industrial building services projects, this project is a prison so it would be advantageous that you have experience of this sector. If not industrial/commercial large project values would be acceptable. You will be working for a long standing who drive phenomenal growth across the UK.

You will be responsible for

• Procurement and labour control
• Mechanical Project management
• Review deign
• Procurement
• Managing the supervisor
• Taking the project through to commissioning and handover
