Senior Media and Communications Manager

The Society of Jesus in Britain, better known as the Jesuits, is looking for a Head of Media and Communications to work closely with the Provincial (leader)of the Jesuits in Britain from its headquarters in Mayfair, central London.

Do you have an eye for sharp copy and images, experience of writing for varied audiences, the confidence to place stories with news outlets, and an appreciation of spiritual life? The new Head of Media & Communications will lead a team which develops digital, print and audio materials (including a podcast) for use by a wide range of people across the country, including in schools, prisons, parishes and online. The successful applicant will also be responsible for responding to reputational issues, so an ability to handle confidential issues sensitively is important.
