Job description

We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and talented team of professionals in a supportive and inclusive, collaborative environment.

This is a key post within the Carlisle Southern Link Road team. The team is directly responsible for the management of this £225m project over the next 2 years. The team also interacts with and provides support to other areas of the Council involved in the delivering of Capital Projects and aim to set a benchmark for good practice that can be rolled out across wider teams.

About the role:

This is an exciting role that will provide you with an excellent opportunity to support a large infrastructure project adding to your experience while increasing your breadth and depth of engineering and contract knowledge. Working under the direction of the Lead NEC4 Supervisor and working alongside a Senior NEC4 Supervisor you will be delegated responsibility for the NEC4 supervision of discreet elements of the Scope. The work will be extremely challenging and interesting due to the complexity and scale of the project. Priorities are likely to change frequently so you will need to be able to improvise and work within your delegated limits.
