Senior Network Engineer

I'm working with my client based in Inverness, who is looking to bring on a Senior Network Engineer on an initial 6-month contract with the view that this will likely extend for a long-term engagement as my client are looking for an individual to essentially own their networking estate. Working with a blend of BAU work and project work, you will have autonomy over how you develop the current network function while leasing with other team members.

This role is inside IR35, onsite in Inverness with the occasional travel to other sites.

The ideal contractor will have experience implementing, maintaining and solutioning networks, experience with Cisco switches, Fortigate firewalls and an understanding of network security principles and will be able to start the first week in January.
