Your responsibilities will include:Maintain a good understanding of all technologies that we implement and support.Ensuring the operational health of all the Network Infrastructure including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability.Plan, support and manage technical support and upgrade activity of all Network Infrastructure.Support all services out of hours as part of the on call rota
What Do We Need From You?Overall, we're seeking a dynamic individual. Working in a fast-paced environment requires adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to embrace change.You will have previous Networking experience at a Senior level for both on premises and in a Microsoft Azure public cloud environment.Have experience of supporting Firewalls, Routers, Switching, Quality of Service and Load Balancing would be needed for the role.The team also support the Societies’ Telephony solution, so knowledge of VOIP would be useful.
