This is an opportunity to gain varied experience in a beautiful Residential and Dementia care home with a mixture of funded and self-funded residents requires a top senior Care Assistant to join their team.
The home offers Residential and Dementia Care:
All care is planned, person-centred and is delivered by a caring and well trained compassionate team. The home is accredited for Dementia Care with Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole Council and this is reviewed yearly.
The care home is in a beautiful old building in Boscombe and a great deal of its original character has been retained whilst also having been sympathetically adapted to create a warm and friendly environment for its residents.
The whole staff team pride themselves on the high standard of care delivered to residents and the facilities and services provided.

Desired Senior Night Care Assistant experience, skills and characteristics:
- Strong care experience in a residential, dementia or nursing home for the elderly
- Medication administration experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team worker
- Leadership skills
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Organised with good time management skills
