Victoria House is a small friendly 20 bed care home located by the sea in Ryde.
We are looking to expand our night team and currently recruiting for a Night Senior to lead the team.
As a Night Senior Carer you will work 2-3 shifts a week across 7 days from 7pm-7am, with scope to pick up extra shifts if you wanted too which is paid at an enhanced rate.
Our pay is competative, and the shifts can be flexible to ensure you have a work/home life balance.
As a Night Senior, you will run the shift with support from the Night Carer, you will administer the night time medications and work as part of the team to ensure the wellfare and safety of the residents.
You will work in a person centred way to meet our residents needs and support them with their personal care.
The ideal candidate will have their NVQ Level 3, or be willing to work towards achieving this should this role appeal to someone who is an experienced Carer looking to step up.
