Some of your responsibilities in this Senior Nurse role will include:
- Responsibility for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff
- Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives
- Monitoring the well-being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met
- Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals.
We're looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, with a commitment to making a real difference. Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, but not essential.
