An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Hywel Dda 2T's ACP Care home service.

What we are looking for:
  • RN Registration Level 1
  • Experience in NHS or other relevant care setting in palliative care
  • Ability to work in a complex and stressful environment and demonstrate appropriate coping mechanisms
  • Be a licensed driver with access to a car and a willingness to travel is essential
  • Welsh speaking would be desirable
You will work alongside a Clinical Nurse Manager and Senior Nurse as well as other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated and co-ordinated service that delivers care and support to people with terminal illnesses, whilst also offering vital emotional support for their families.

The Marie Curie Nursing Service is deployed in geographical regions which contain a series of smaller teams that are designed to provide a supportive staffing network.
