An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Hywel Dda 2T's ACP Care home service.

- 30% x your basic salary per hour paid for Saturdays & weekday night duty (8pm to 6am)

- RN Registration Level 1
- Experience in NHS or other relevant care setting in palliative care
- Ability to work in a complex and stressful environment and demonstrate appropriate coping mechanisms
- Be a licensed driver with access to a car and a willingness to travel is essential
- Welsh speaking would be desirable
