Job description

The Behaviour Analysis Clinic at The University of South Wales is seeking to appoint a Senior Nursery Practitioner to contribute to the delivery and development of services at its highly successful Behaviour Analysis Clinic Early Intervention Service. This service provides behaviour analytic assessment and intervention planning for young children with autism and other developmental delays.
Based at Glyntaff Campus of the University of South Wales.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 or higher childcare qualification and experience working in a nursery environment. Undergraduate or postgraduate work in behaviour analysis would be an advantage. In the absence of behaviour analytic training, the successful candidate would be expected to develop their skills in behaviour analysis so they are able to participate in facilitating behaviour analytic assessment and intervention as required. On-the-job training will be provided by the university.
The contract is 37 hours per week, 40 weeks a year.
