Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join the Optima Health team. In this role, you will focus on; Client engagement and service delivery, in line with contract expectations, Day to day leadership and direction of contract teams to deliver the client service effectively, audit activity as agreed with Clinical Performance Manager and Ad hoc project activity.
This role will be based on site in Salisbury working solely with a government client.
You will cover all aspects of OH Management Referrals, health surveillance, immunisations, immediate life support and supporting toxic working onsite by providing medical cover and supporting staff on the same contract.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Be a Registered Nurse (Adult), registered with NMC.
- Have previous experience working in an Occupational Health Advisor position.
- Hold an OH Qualification
- You will need to be a proactive, friendly and professional person who is confident managing their own workload.
- IT literacy is essential.
