OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Senior Occupational Health Clinical Lead We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Occupational Health Clinical Lead to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Well-being team. You will contribute to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service and play a key role with the ongoing development of the company and service provision to their employees. This role involves interaction with key clients and the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the clinical delivery of OH services provided to their employees.
The Role:
To lead and provide advice, support, and clinical guidance to the clincians and to act as a professional role model providing strong, facilitative, and effective Clinical Leadership.
Develop and maintain the delivery of Occupational Health services in conjunction with the company directors..
To lead the development, update, and review of all clinical policies, procedures, and standing orders.
To support and participate in the companies clinical audit program and clinical governance framework.
Work closely with members of the Senior Management Team to contribute to meeting the companies strategic and operational objectives, including the development of new products and services.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse qualification. (Must have valid NMC pin with no restrictions or conditions)
Occupational Health qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate)
Able to work as an independent & autonomous Senior Occupational Health Clinical Lead.
A good team player who possesses effective communication & relationship building skills.
A pro-active & motivated person who endeavors all types of challenges.
A full UK driving licence. (Desired but not essential)
Package Details:
Salary £58,000 - £68,000 per annum.
