Senior Occupational Health Nurse

Shifts will be on a rota basis between the hours of 07:30 am and 17:30 pm.

The salary for this permanent Senior Occupational Health Nurse job is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Duties:

• Providing a compassionate, professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care our clients receive
• Manage the clinical team in line with contractual requirement, delivering a high quality, minor treatment and Occupational Health service

Requirements of the Senior Occupational Health Nurse:

An ability to assess and manage minor injury and illness, deliver health and wellbeing initiatives, and work with external organisations and other healthcare professionals
Be aware and maintain professional standards of conduct, taking action if others do not meet the company standards
Qualified or Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, a diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferable
Experience in a commercial Occupational Health setting, particularly with exposure to case management and health surveillance
Excellent knowledge of Occupational Health and employment legislation
