"Since joining Surrey CC and the Transition team a year ago, I have supported a number of young people aged 18 - 25 on their way to achieving their goals. Some have wanted to move out their family home and be more independent in a supported living setting. Others are pursuing tertiary qualifications and have needed support with setting up their university accommodation. I have been supported well to develop and progress my skills through all the interesting and variety of opportunities that arise from my role and responsibilities.
