Your focus will be on supporting Frontline AIDS global advocacy team to deliver our contribution to Frontline AIDS’ ambitious Global Plan of Action for 2020-2025. Your day to day tasks will include supporting teams of colleagues and Frontline AIDS partners from around the world in the achievement of their advocacy, communications and programme goals. You will be responsible for administration tasks and procedures including project set up, implementation and close out processes; management of project documentation; budget monitoring, reporting and amendments; processing of sub-grant agreements and consultant contracts; booking travel; and organising meetings and events; among other tasks.
The role will also offer opportunities to contribute to advocacy and communications projects and to develop new skills and expertise in the areas of work led from within the Frontline AIDS Global Advocacy Team, covering subject areas including HIV prevention, human rights, community-led responses and health financing, as well as external communications, our digital presence and our publications. You will bring strong organisation and finance skills alongside a passion for tackling the key challenges facing Frontline AIDS, and our civil society and community partners from around the world, in the pursuit of our advocacy goals.
