Senior Operations Analyst (Transfers)

Are you a hands on, problem solving analyst with a background in Financial Services?
Our client, a growing investment platform, is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join their Bath based Transfers team.
About the role:

• Monitoring, organising and overseeing day to day team outcomes, and reporting on day to day activity
• Using industry knowledge in transfers and CASS to own processes and controls, challenge and suggest improvements
• Working with Customer and wider team of Senior Analysts to coordinate areas to create swift service outcomes
• Operating, monitoring and active escalation of control environment
• Technical and process coaching of wider team members
• Working closely with the Delivery Lead to deliver against team wide tech and operational outcomes

About you:

• A self starter with excellent problem solving skills
• Analytical and can challenge the status quo
• Knowledge of transfers and CASS
• Organised and proactive
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills, and can bring people together to achieve objectives
• Excellent communication skills
