THE ROLE

This is a brand new, fast moving, multifaceted role supporting the Head of Operations to implement key projects to facilitate our expansion within the UK, EU and ROW. It would suit someone who is very proactive, energetic and self-motivated with a solution-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Reporting to (and supported by) our Head of Operations you will be an integral part in the team, working collaboratively and cross-functionally at all levels and with all departments (Brand, Design, ECommerce, Partnerships, Nutrition and Innovation etc) as well as our external partners.


YOU WILL

Supporting the Head of Operations to implement key projects to facilitate our expansion within the UK, EU and ROW, you will:

+ Assist in the implementation of a new Inventory management system
+ Work with and develop relationships with new EU manufacturers and coordinate with a new EU 3PL
+ Work alongside our fulfilment team to facilitate warehouse expansion.
+ Support the management of supply and production, ensure cost efficiencies of stock and packaging
+ Ensure KPI’s are being met


YOUR SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

This role would suit someone with some project management experience in a similar role, ideally in a food supplement manufacturing role. Ideally, you’ve worked in a fast growth start-up or scale-up environment and share our enthusiasm about wellness and sustainability. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate:

+ Experience with using or implementing an ERP or IMS systems
+Strong understanding of food supplement manufacturing processes
+ Effectiveness at cross-departmental communication and collaboration, and excellence at building relationships both internally and externally
+ Meticulous documentation skills and a keen eye for detail.
+ Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects
+ Flexibility to change, team-oriented collaborative working approach and an ability to work independently and with initiative.
