Senior Operations Manager

They are looking for a driven Senior Operations Manager to join the fastest growing department in their business, implement processes and manage multiple projects to drive performance. This role is for someone who would like to make the opportunity their own with the backing of a sizeable organisation and, who has the driven performance mindset to fulfil business expectations.

You will be responsible for communicating effectively throughout the business. We are looking for a proactive contributor with a reputation for working within the financial domain, whilst having a depth of knowledge in operations and management. You will need to be one-step ahead of requirements and ensure business expectations are met.

Requirements

Job requirements:

• Experienced in Operations Management
• Previous experience managing operational projects for FS clients
• Proven experience of building relationships with the business effectively and quickly to drive change.
• Build relationships with the business effectively and quickly.
• Proven experience building processes and strategy to drive performance.
• Multi CRM system experienced. (Intercom, etc..)
