We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage the Principal's day-to-day activities, oversee multiple properties, and support both personal and business tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Personal and Household Management (80%)
- Lead and manage the family’s London, Oxfordshire, and Yorkshire properties.
- Be the go-to person for household staff, handling HR, budgets, and logistics.
- Coordinate travel, property maintenance, and household purchases.
- Support the family with school arrangements, personal events, and more.
Business Assistance (20%)
- Assist with diary and email management, plus general office tasks.
- Oversee business staff and manage HR matters.
- Collaborate with the CFO on budgets and financial reports.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive PA/EA experience, ideally in a family office.
- Proficient in Mac OS, Xero, Excel, and more.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Discreet, proactive, and flexible with a knack for problem-solving.
- Strong communicator and team player.
