Job description

About the Role The Executive Support Team provide PA , Administration and Project Management support to the Groups Executive Leadership Team (ELT) based at our Park Lane Campus. We are recruiting for a new Senior PA to join the current team and work alongside other Senior PAs and Project Coordinators.  Interviews will be held on 18 July 2024 What You Will Do Work alongside a group of Senior PAs and Project Coordinators. Provide professional, responsive, and confidential PA support to members of the Executive Leadership Team. Organise events, conferences, strategy sessions and various meetings. Produce accurate minutes of various meetings across the Group. Assist with the planning and prioritisation of ELTs daily workload. Diary management. Make independent decisions. About You Previous PA experience at a senior level Excellent communication skills both written & verbal Able to work flexibly and without direct supervision Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of using Microsoft Office software Able to prioritise own workload to ensure all deadlines are met Experience of minute taking and collating meeting papers and documentation Able to deal with confidential and sensitive information and situations with diplomacy, discretion and tact Benefits There are plenty of benefits available to our staff members, here are just a few: Annual leave entitlement - If you work full time, you'll get at least 27 days holiday plus bank holidays and up to 5 discretionary closure days at Christmas (pro rata for part time staff).
