What you'll do
As the Senior Graphic and Packaging Designer at Sainsbury's, Marketing & Loyalty, you will play a pivotal role in creating designs that align with the brand identities of multiple portfolio brands including Sainsbury's, Argos, Tu, Habitat, Nectar, and Own Brands / New Business. Collaborating with a team of Designers and Copywriters, your role will involve implementing visual language across fully integrated channels, including brand, print, and digital projects. With a thorough knowledge of communication design and a portfolio of high-quality executional work, you will thrive in the fast-paced retail environment, working on a high volume of varied projects. Your ability to navigate through ambiguity and find creative solutions to design challenges will be essential. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends, mentoring and supporting a team of talented designers while maintaining the vision and quality standards upheld by Zest.
Who you are
As a Senior Graphic & Packaging Designer, you are a highly skilled and passionate professional with a deep understanding of communication design and a strong portfolio showcasing your executional work across various platforms. With your expertise in implementing visual language, you play a crucial role in crafting designs that align with brand identities for our portfolio of brands, including Sainsbury's, Argos, Tu, Habitat, Nectar, and Own Brands / New Business. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, coupled with your creativity and problem-solving skills, allows you to find innovative solutions to design challenges and deliver visually compelling and effective designs. As a senior member of the team, you bring energy, share ideas, and mentor and support junior designers, contributing to the growth and maintenance of Zest's design vision and quality of output. Your curiosity, staying updated on industry trends, and dedication to collaboration and client satisfaction make you a valuable asset to our creative agency.
There are three core components to Zest's interview process with one of those stages comprising of an Assessment Centre.
The dates the Assessment Centre will be taking place on are the 6th, 13th, 15th & 18th March.
