We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join our expanding eCommerce area and focus on growing our C2C shipper base, including private social senders and micro-businesses.

You will be accountable for:
- Supporting the team to deliver best-in-class PPC and Paid Social / Display campaigns to grow domestic and International acquisition for each of our target segments; from single parcel senders to regular high-volume shippers. You will help implement the plan to target these specific audiences, steer them to the website and convert them into senders
- Setting up and executing campaign tasks with a high attention to detail with support from senior team members.
- Creating PPC ad copy and paid social / display ad mock-ups and implement across the relevant platforms. Support the team to drive a ‘test and learn’ approach to all ad copy and creative.
- Effectively collaborating with UX, marketing and in-house designers to develop creative content, landing pages, other assets for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Getting the maximum from the agencies we work with and setting clear KPIs for campaigns to improve channel performance in order to achieve the commercial targets in plan.
- Helping to grow the affiliate channel with the support of our affiliate agency.
- Using Paid Media and promotions to retain and grow value from existing customers and get previous customers re-engaged and back onto the site.
- Working with the senior acquisition manager to manage and control the Paid Media budget and the spend plan across channels to maximise return and constantly questioning if it being spent effectively to grow the business. Perform daily budget checks to ensure spend targets are being met.
- Regularly reporting Paid Media performance to senior stakeholders.
- Carrying out campaign performance analysis and communicating campaign progress and results to team members.
- Working with the SEO team to ensure SEO and Paid strategies are aligned and complementary.
- Supporting the senior acquisition manager on the development of our in-house cohort reporting and lifetime value model, working with the data team to develop predictive analytics around customer behaviour.
- Being an active contributor to weekly and monthly meetings.
- Reading industry news to keep abreast of updates.
To be successful in this role you will require the following…
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Google Ads certifications or other Paid Media qualifications (desirable)
- 2+ years' experience in a dedicated Digital Acquisition, Conversions, Performance Marketing role within a consumer facing (B2C or C2C) eCommerce environment.
- Strong knowledge across Paid Media (Search & Social), Display, affiliates
- Track record of growing channels and a customer base
- Experience managing digital agencies effectively (desirable)
- Previous experience with SA360, Campaign Manager, DV360 and the wider Google product suite (desirable).
- Good experience working with Paid Media platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, FB Ads Manager, Programmatic etc. and skilled user of Google Analytics
- High proficiency in Excel and manipulating data from multiple sources
- Previous work experience in a retail environment (Desirable but not essential)
