Senior Paraplanner - Hybrid

We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our dynamic financial planning team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors by providing comprehensive administrative and technical support.

This role is 3 days office based and 2 days home based.

Responsibilities:– Assist in preparing financial reports and client reviews– Conduct research on investment products and financial planning strategies– Organise and maintain client files and documentation– Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for financial plans– Utilise Intelligent Office and FE analytics for document preparation and data analysis– Provide excellent customer service to clients with professionalism and efficiency– Support the financial planning team with various office tasks– Demonstrate IT proficiency to navigate financial planning software

Requirements:

You will need to have previous experience working in a Paraplanning role / Junior paraplanner role.

Proficient in report writing and maintaining accurate recordsStrong organisational skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other relevant software

Knowledge of financial planning principles and practices– Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

Good product knowledge along with the Diploma Level 4.
