SalaryPortfolio Payroll are honoured to be working alongside a big retail company in the Edinburgh area who are looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their team and assist with the end-to-end inhouse payroll.
This role is permanent, fully office based and full-time (37.5 hours a week)
This client is looking to pay £27,000 for the salary, however they could pay more for the right candidate.
In this role, you will be processing end-to-end weekly payroll for a high volume of staff as well as processing a 4-weekly pension payroll. You will be performing typical payroll duties such as statutory payments, starters and leavers as well as answering queries regarding payroll. In addition to this, you will also be assisting with the implementation and testing of their new people system, so you will need good analytical skills.
Furthermore, for this role, you will need sufficient end-to-end payroll experience to be able to hit the ground running. Ideally, you will also be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have dealt with high volume payrolls previously.
This role offers free parking onsite, 30 days holiday and a staff discount after 6 months.
