A Leading retailer are urgently seeking to hire a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their payroll team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the weekly, end to end payroll process, ensuring the accuracy of data entry.Process the company pensions scheme accurately.Reconcile all payroll information with the company’s accounting systems and manage reports.Respond to enquiries from staff regarding all payroll matters and maintain employee records.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PAYE, pensions, and other deductions.Identify areas of improvement in the payroll process and suggest solutions.
Technical Skills Required:
Proven experience working with Payroll systems and some knowledge of implementing systems.Working knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented and organised.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.If you would like to know more about this role or would like to apply, please get in contact with Gregg Today!
