Did you want to work as a Senior Payroll Administrator for an industry leading payroll bureau that offers you hybrid working, great career progression opportunities, and strong employee benefits for a competitive salary of £40,000?
This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Execute accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, including tasks such as handling new hires and terminations
- Manage the auto-enrolment process for pensions, handling both opt-ins and opt-outs across various pension schemes.
- Communicate with clients to collect necessary data for payroll preparation
- Ensure all payrolls are processed within the specified turnaround times.
- Address and resolve payroll queries from clients.
Skills They Look For:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of UK payroll and pension legislation.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to assist other members of the team when required.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure high-quality completion.
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
