Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator in Swindon. This is a temporary contract working full time hours.
Responsibilities include:
* To ensure that the payroll service is administered and delivered within defined policy, legislation frameworks and agreed service levels
* To ensure that correct controls are maintained within the BA framework and that appropriate corrective action is taken to ensure that the delivery of service is within the KPI regime
* To maintain positive relationships with the client and external agencies. To work as part of a team to support delivery of the payroll across a wide variety of clients
* To coordinate workflow / email requests ensuring that data is processed in accordance with KPI / SLA timescales
Skills and experience required:
* NVQ 3 or equivalent experience
* 3 years or more Payroll experience
* IPP Qualifications desirable, but not essential
* Experienced Payroll / MI administrator with up to date knowledge of payroll legislation
