Title: Senior Payroll Specialist
Location: Hexham (hybrid)
Salary: £36,000
JGA are partnered with a manufacturing group who are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to process high volume in-house payrolls.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare all Company payrolls and pension schemes as required.
* Process the payrolls, pensions and benefits on time, ensuring accuracy.
* Managing the T&A system.
* Processing sickness and absence information.
* Maintain digital personnel records with payroll and pension information, including creating reports.
* Ensure that the payrolls comply with statutory and tax requirements and HR best practice and policy, as directed (including expat / inpat requirements).
* Report monthly and annual payroll data to HMRC.
About you:
* Experience in running end to end payrolls.
* Experience in pensions, employee benefits, month/year end processes, tax, HMRC reporting and payroll systems.
* SAP experience desirable.
* Able to work from the Hexham office on a hybrid basis.
