Community Integrated Care is on an exciting journey of transformation and growth and we are looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to join our North East and Yorkshire region as a Snr People Business Partner. This is a full time, permanent post and can be based remotely anywhere in the North East but must be able to travel across the area and to our regional office in Durham and head office in Widnes as and when required.

Reporting to the Director of People Operations and supporting the Managing Director and regional leadership team the Senior People Business Partner will be responsible for developing and driving the Regional HR & Organisational Development Strategy and Plan encompassing Resource Planning, Recruitment, L&D, New Business, Contract Management, Colleague Engagement, Complex ER issues, Talent Management and Succession Planning and Reward and Recognition. 
 
They will advise the Director of People Operations on all strategic and operational people issues, contracting other members of the HR team and key stakeholders for specialist and administrative support where required.  
 
With a base in Durham, the successful candidate will be required to travel throughout the region and engage with colleagues and the amazing people we support.
 
Day to Day you'll be (list not exhaustive see attached JD)
 
  • Work closely with the Director of People Operations to develop strategies to create an effective employee proposition.
  • Employee Relations - Ensure complex cases are managed timely, efficiently, minimising risk and cost to the organisation.
  • Recruitment, resource, talent and succession planning - Produce accurate forecasted recruitment and resource plans by monitoring supply and demand including attrition, succession planning, organic growth and new business requirements.
  • Learning and Development - Ensure staff Training and Development needs are identified and met for staff to be able to achieve business objectives including succession planning. Monitor the performance of Line Managers in the region ensuring regular supervision and appraisal meetings are completed and therefore performance management and engagement is ‘alive’. 
  • Leading the regional people team on core organisational and regional objectives.

Our Ideal Candidate   Skills Knowledge and Experience   The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with a proven track record of business partnering multiple services across a geographical area or a large multi-site environment. You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to develop immediate credibility with internal and external stakeholders and build sound working relationships. You will also have prior experience of dealing with complex employee relations cases, and managing change projects including TUPE and the mobilisation of regional growth. A driving license is essential due to the travel required throughout the region.
