Our client a leader in their sector are now looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join a dynamic and fast growing marketing cohort .

The Impact you'll make
* Strategic Leadership: Define and steer the overall marketing direction
* Campaign Excellence: Develop and implement detailed marketing plans to achieve quarterly and annual KPIs.
* Collaborative Success: Work seamlessly with Sales and Business Development teams to drive new business and optimise existing opportunities.
* Brand Consistency: Ensure the brand is consistently represented across all customer touchpoints.
* Mentorship: Lead and mentor a dedicated Marketing Manager, fostering growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Craft and execute marketing plans.
* Manage and optimise ongoing campaigns.
* Develop and maintain the CRM system.
* Align with sales and account teams to meet group-wide targets.
* Contribute to the overall group marketing strategy.
* Facilitate collaboration between product teams and marketing.
Your Background
* Extensive B2B marketing experience, ideally in an IT or technology sector.
* Exceptional communication skills
* Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally MS Dynamics.
* Leadership and mentoring expertise.
* An autonomous working style.
* Experience collaborating with top-tier vendors.
