Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading Independent Private Hospital in their search for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist. The 99-bed hospital, renowned within it's field for the consistently excellent standard of care that it provides it's patients, opened within the last 10 years and hosts a range of different facilities including five theatres, an endoscopy suite, an interventional suite and outpatient and diagnostic services.
The hospital are currently searching for an experienced Pharmacist to provide their pharmaceutical knowledge and experience in ensuring the care of the patients at the hospital. You will be responsible for supervising the procurement, preparation, dispensation & distribution of medicines to patients while providing standard of care through the medical management service. You will be ensuring the pharmacy department operates in a timely and consistent manner whilst overseeing the general running of the service, providing clinical input where necessary.

Requirements
– Degree in Pharmacy MPharm, BSc or BPharm
– GPHC Registration
– At least 2 years' experience in hospital Pharmacy.
– Good understanding of hospital pharmacy standards and requirements.
– Passion for high quality care
– Motivated individual
– Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
– High sense of personal responsibility
Location
The hospital is located in Maidstone, commutable from Tonbridge, Aylesford, Rochester, Ashford & Staplehurst.
