Temporary - Permanent Role Explained

Should you be interested in this role, you will be expected to join our agency initially.

Following a successful recruitment process and induction you will then be placed directly into the service. After 12 weeks placement with the service is complete you will then move to the company and will then qualify for all the benefits stated above.

Expectations & Requirements

• Right to Work in the UK (Restricted 20hr visas & Sponsorship not accepted for this role)
• 6 Months+ UK experience of working in a relevant field is desirable but not essential as in house training will be provided.
• Ofsted experience required.
• 5 years of professional references.
• Enhanced DBS, subscribed to the update service (or willing to get one)
• Relevant Qualifications e.g Level 3, 4 or 5 NVQ in health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Driver (or willing to learn)
