Description
As a Senior Planner, you'll report to the Head of Strategy:
- Provide compelling thought leadership (brand communications, effectiveness, marketplace dynamics, consumer and cultural contexts)
- Develop insightful strategies, creative briefs and comms plans, providing persuasive rationales to support recommendations
- Measure the effectiveness of work versus agreed KPIs
- Work with the team to analyse and interpret relevant data sources in search of insight
- Build trusting and influential relationships with internal team members and key clients
Profile
- Significant experience of integrated campaign development and brand marketing programs
- Demonstrates a clear ability to interpret, imagine and create ideas
- Builds trust and is persuasive
- Extensive knowledge of the communications industry, including digital communications
- Comprehensive understanding of market research techniques and information resources
- Excellent analytical, creative thinking and summation skills
- Confident, assertive and diplomatic
