Here at Career Makers we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Planner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Planning function for our client company known for delivering high-quality construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Planning function, ensuring efficient and effective project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with pre-construction and live construction teams to develop and implement comprehensive project plans.
- Deliver detailed reports and presentations to board-level stakeholders.
- Initiate, implement, and deliver change within the Planning function, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience working as part of pre-construction and live construction teams.
- Expertise in delivering construction schemes valued at £20-35 million or more.
- Comfortable presenting and communicating complex information to senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Asta planning software (preferred) or similar project management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "Can Do, Dynamic" attitude.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with one direct report.
- Competitive salary range of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits package commensurate with experience.
