A Senior Environmental and Planning Lawyer is required to join a major utilities company based in the South East on a permanent basis.
The successful Senior Environmental and Planning Lawyer will be able to get involved with interesting work of national importance from the outset and will joining an experienced, close-knit team.
The Senior Environmental and Planning Lawyer will be able to benefit from flexible working arrangements, but will be required to attend the office in the South East twice a week.
This is the perfect opportunity for a qualified lawyer with experience in Environmental and Planning Law looking to make the move in-house. Those with Public sector or private practice experience are encouraged to apply and previous in-house experience would also be beneficial but not necessary.
As a Senior Environmental and Planning Lawyer, your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Provide focused accurate, effective, and timely advice on a range of environmental and planning legal matters
- Assist with Environmental Information Regulation queries
- Manage external legal resources
- Provide legal support on ongoing, large-scale programmes and projects
- Management responsibilities
