Senior Policy Planner

Our local authority client is seeking a dedicated Senior Policy Planner to facilitate housing, planning, and regeneration growth within the borough. Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the development and execution of the Castle Point Plan, ensuring it meets strategic, community-driven outcomes.
• Working collaboratively with team members, stakeholders, and partners to align with the borough's vision and objectives.
• Facilitating broad-based community engagement to ensure that planning policies are inclusive and effectively address local needs.
• Adapting planning strategies based on robust engagement and evidence.

Job Requirements:
