The States of Guernsey are looking for a Senior Practitioner to join the team at Mental Health Service.
To provide highly specialist nursing care within the Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, in particular in the multi-disciplinary team approach to the management of clients in the service with neuro-developmental disorders. The individual will build close working relationships with all agencies that interplay in the care of these young people. They will monitor the treatment of young people in the delivery of integrated pathways.

Job Description
This role comes with a competitive salary, an annual bonus, progressive annual leave and entitlement to a pension scheme. We will also consider previous service in a substantive post in the NHS towards your entitlement to annual leave, maternity leave and sick pay.
For candidates who would be required to relocate to the Bailiwick of Guernsey, we also offer a relocation package to help with the cost of moving over to the Island. This relocation package offers different solutions depending on an individual’s circumstances.

This role offers off-Island candidates an 8-year Long Term Employment Permit (see details below). This permit will also enable candidates to bring immediate family members with them who will be permitted to work on the Island in any sector. There are also good schools on Island for those candidates looking to bring their families with them.
Single subsidised accommodation is available for candidates relocating to the Island.
