We are looking for a credible, highly effective Senior Principal to support leaders across the Alternative Provision (AP) academies and Managed Intervention Centres (MICs) in the OAT London region.  

You will be responsible for developing and sustaining exceptional educational provision to ensure every child in the OAT London AP academies gets a chance to thrive. You will provide the senior leadership to ensure that our AP academies are great places for pupils to learn, and where staff enjoy fulfilling careers. As a senior leader, you will play a key role within OAT, contributing to the development of our strategy and culture and role modelling our ethos of ‘Achieving More Together’. You will play an important leadership role – demonstrating the ability to lead and work successfully across the organisation, whilst being an ambassador for the trust and your schools within the sector.
