Our client is a leading offshore law firm with an international network of clients managing high-value cross-jurisdictional Private Client matters. An experienced Private Client solicitor is now wanted for a unique opportunity in their Private Client team, based in Guernsey. The team advises on a full range of Private Client, trust, funds, pensions and regulatory matters (contentious and non-contentious) for international clients with a particular focus on the Middle East. This role will only require non-contentious experience.

Supporting the partners and taking principal responsibility where appropriate the work will include trusts, Private Client and fund matters particularly for UK, European and Middle Eastern based clients. The successful solicitor will ideally have a good understanding of trustee fiduciary duties and at least 5 years experience from the UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand or any other common law jurisdiction. A Guernsey qualification is advantageous but not essential.
