**Senior Product Designer** (Contract)

Duration: 4 Months (Possibility for Extension)

Location: Remote

Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day rate is available for suitable candidates

Role Purpose

We're looking for an exceptional designer to join the eCommerce part of the team, focusing on bringing the company website to the next level. You will be part of a dynamic team of Product Designers, Services Designers, and Researchers, working across multiple brands.

You'll be an expert in designing digital experiences from ideation to implementation, ensuring a balance between business and user needs. Communication with stakeholders and leading the design process will be key, all aimed at creating memorable and positive experiences for our customers.

Role Requirements:

• Designing and prototyping world-class products and features.
• Researching and understanding customer needs through explorative research, usability testing and data analysis.
• Makes decisions based on evidence - both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Working closely with Product Owners and Tech teams to ship high quality designs and user experiences.
• Contributing to our design systems.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of ways of working within and across teams

Skills & Experience:

• Have extensive experience of delivering extraordinary work as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
• Are naturally curious and use research to fully understand the problems at hand.
• Use quant and qual research findings to make design decisions.
• Are a team player and enjoy working with other designers, product owners and tech teams.
• Have great communication and presentation skills.
• Are the voice of the customer and know how to balance this with the commercial point of view.
• Proficient in design- and prototyping software (we mainly use Figma).
• Illustration and strong understanding of graphic design principles are huge bonus.
• Creative thinker who can really push our brand forward to being digital first.
• Good understanding of Html, CSS and JavaScript.
• Enjoy working closely with developers to support our ways of working.
