Achieving work-life balance has never been more important and so Redgate has adopted a flexible-hybrid model. This means that people will work flexibly with a blend of remote (home) and co-located (office) work, with teams having the flexibility to decide the cadence that best suits the outcomes they need to deliver.
Where you work and how frequently you attend the office will depend on the nature of your role, make-up of the team and the type of work that you need to do. With Product Design, a weekly visit to the office is likely to support our collaborative culture, as well as other ad-hoc collaborative activities as required by the business. So, if you are able to travel to & from the office safely in a day, that works well for us.
At Redgate, we strive for a diverse and inclusive workplace that brings together amazing people to create the best software possible. To support this, we have a recruitment process that is fair and equitable and is designed to see the best in every individual and for us to learn what qualities you can bring to our team. If you have a disability, we can make reasonable adjustments to our recruitment process according to your needs, so please do make us aware on anything that you would benefit from. We don’t need or want everyone to be the same; we want a great mix of additions to our team!
And finally, at Redgate we recruit on a rolling basis, which means we carry on recruiting until we find the right person for the role. We tend to compare individuals to the role specification rather than to each other.
