What you’ll do
Vodafone UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Product Management team responsible for Fixed Broadband and Converged Products. This pivotal role will involve spearheading the development, implementation, and optimisation of product strategies to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction within these key product categories. Convergence is at the heart of the UK Consumer strategy and this role will develop and execute the UK roadmap for change.
- Define the digital HBB & Converged backlog by creating features and epics grounded in data and insight that meet both customer and business requirements.
- Hit HBB and Converged Commercial Targets by analysing performance, using various tools to measure and monitor the customer funnel constantly optimising and improving. Instill the culture of continuous improvement within your team.
- Drive customer centric solutions by representing the customer when gathering and defining requirements. Be relentless in driving outcomes that meet and exceed expectations, delighting customers with intuitive and personal experiences.
Who you are
- A strategic leader who can develop and execute product strategies to drive growth within Digital.
- A strong team manager who is able to mentor, guide and support a team of up to 5 Product Managers and Product Owners to achieve individual and team goals.
- Strong stakeholder management experience who can build strong relationships cross functionally to foster collaboration, alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Able to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualisation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery of innovative and competitive products that exceed customer expectations.
