Role Overview
The Senior Product Operations Manager will play a crucial role in augmenting our product and tech organizations' efficacy. Building a scalable Product Operations function to support 20+ Product Managers.
Your objective will be to
- cultivate best in class processes and frameworks for product development,
- manage the roadmap planning,
- select and implement the best tools
- organize communication between Product, Engineering, Business and C-Level
In this vital position, you will report directly to our new Chief Product Officer, an industry veteran from Google, who will provide you with unparalleled growth opportunities and leadership guidance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine processes and frameworks to bolster the efficiency of the product and tech organizations.
- Manage the planning, documentation, and communication of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company strategies.
- Oversee the utilization and expertise in essential tools such as Aha!!, Jira, Miro, Confluence, and what else you see fit boosting our productivity
- Collaborate with product managers to define and track success metrics, and prepare dashboards and reports for C-level audience
- Dissolve silos between products and foster improved cross-domain collaboration into the business units
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and continuously enhance processes for quicker, quality decision-making within the product and tech organizations.
- Lead the integration of UX and data analytics within the product org, by providing training and establishing workflows
What are we looking for?
- Extensive experience in Product Operations
- Experience working in world-class product organisations, either companies that have reached scale (Google, Microsoft, Uber, Deliveroo, JustEAT) or high growth startups
- Demonstrated proficiency in process optimization for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Proven leadership in managing product roadmap processes and endorsing team use of various tools.
- Skilled at encouraging collaboration and dismantling operational silos across product domains.
- Strategic acumen in roadmap planning and metric-driven product management.
- Outstanding communication skills for guiding internal teams and adapting industry best practices.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company is a plus
