SalaryShift Patterns available: 24/7 rostered working days & nights or Monday - Friday: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm or 10pm - 6am.
Salary: £28,181 - £34,480 per annum / £14.45 - £17 per hour depending on shift pattern
As a Senior operator (known internally as level 3) you will be responsible for running the line, completing all quality checks and escalating any issues as soon as they occur.
You will make contributions that matter by...
- Leading and working as part of the operations team and driving performance against the packing plan.
- Implementing quality control improvements.
- Carrying out basic problem diagnosis and calling for specialist assistance where needed.
- Ensuring the expected material requirements are in place, resolving material shortages where possible.
- Recording operating data and carrying out tests/inspections to monitor trends and make running adjustments.
- Disassembling all lines, cleaning and reassembling to the required standards.

- Advanced in problem-solving, using 5Y, Fishbone techniques and more.
- Aware of standard operating procedures.
- Experienced in running production lines.
- Experienced in material and manual handling.
