- End-to-end own, build, maintain, and improve complexrisk-based security programs and projects specific to AmazonLogistics and Amazon Partner Logistics within EMEA to prevent theftand losses
- Develop risk-based as well as cost-effectivesecurity solutions and engage internal and external stakeholders toimplement the security solutions
- Create securitystandards, programs, assessments, and procedures and collaboratewith key regional stakeholders for their consistentimplementation
- Ensure compliance to security standardsand requirements, partner with stakeholders to implement effectiveaudit programs to detect, prevent, and mitigate Amazon Logisticsand Amazon Partner Logistics losses, and follow up on definitionand implementation of corrective action plans
-Contribute to reducing business losses from security incidents byidentifying and understanding vulnerabilities, MOs, andimplementing appropriate protectionmeasures

To keep ouroperations network secure and assure operational continuity, we arelooking for an experienced professional who wants to join our LastMile Program Implementation (LM PI) team as Senior Program Managerfor Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). In this key role, youwill be responsible for ensuring that your area of responsibilityefficiently and effectively provides security services and assetprotection (i.e., lives, buildings, equipment, data, andprofessional property) through the design of physicalinfrastructure and processes across the EMEA Amazon Logistics andAmazon Partner Logistics environment.
A day inthe life
As a Senior Program Manager on the LM PI team,you will support the Security and Loss Prevention team withend-to-end owning, developing, maintaining, and continuouslyimproving complex risk-based security projects and programsspecific to Amazon Logistics and Amazon Partner Logistics withinEMEA. To achieve this goal, you will develop and implementcomprehensive security projects and programs aligned withorganizational goals. You identify, assess, as well as prioritizerisks and develop strategies to mitigate them. You will also ensurethat all security projects and programs comply with relevant laws,regulations, and local standards and you provide ongoing trainingon security best practices for the personnel involved in yourprojects and programs.
About theteam
Working in partnership with our stakeholders,Security and Loss Prevention secures the Amazon supply chainend-to-end and promotes security during business conversations.Sitting within Security and Loss Prevention, the LM PI team doesthis by developing and implementing risk mitigation programs toprevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks andvulnerabilities within Amazon Logistics and Amazon PartnerLogistics as early as possible. Continually assessing the programsand adjusting to support the ever-changing operationalrequirements, we deep dive root causes and embed standards andprocesses to improve productivity and prevent re-occurrence ofincidents. We also provide frameworks for standards to enablebusiness units conduct their daily operational tasks whilstmitigating risks accordingly. To reach this goal, we collect andconsolidate information to evaluate existing as well as evolvingmodus operandi. Collaborating with additional Security and LossPrevention support function teams, we assess the risk and developprograms to minimize potential impact. We also provide strategic,tactical, and operational programs for customers’ as well asstakeholders’ business needs and priorities by working closely withEMEA business leaders, support functions, and other securityfunctions in a global framework.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- A degree ordegree equivalent (e.g., business, project management, criminaljustice)
- Relevant advanced experience within retail,supply chain, compliance, or operations
- Relevantadvanced experience delivering projects or programs atinternational scale
- Relevant advanced experienceworking with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in aprofessional environment
- Upper intermediate proficiencyin written and verbal English
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS- Relevant industry certification (e.g.,CPP, TAPA, ISO, AEO, C-TPAT)
- Relevant advancedexperience in multi-site/country environment managing security andloss prevention in logistics or transportation
- Relevantadvanced experience with conducting physical security riskassessments
- Relevant advanced experience definingprogram requirements and using data and metrics to determineimprovements
- Ability to interact with all levels ofleadership within the organization to drive consensus regarding newsolutions, policies, and procedures
