Senior Project Architect

They are an independent RIBA Architectural and sustainability consultancy with over 40 years of business. With 15 staff members and a wide client base they have started the year with many new wins and need an Architectural Technologist to run an 'assortment' of existing builds within the leisure and residential sectors.

The current workload includes retrofit projects within the leisure and residential sectors where you will manage internal teams and work tightly with clients. You will be involved from stages 0/6 working on multiple projects making sure cost control and time-frames are being adhered to.

You should be a proven 'job running' Project Architect with 'client facing' skills and NBS specification experience. REVIT literacy is essential along with tender documentation skills.
