Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in Berkshire with the recruitment of a Senior PM to successfully lead a new Projects Team
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Berkshire
- Duration: 6 months, into permanent position
- Rate: £43.00 per hour (umbrella)
Duties:
- Support the delivery of the Estates Program of Works and Estates Capital and Revenue construction projects in a P3M office environment
- Liaise with senior Directorates, stakeholders, clinical management teams and other staff including Appointed Quantity Surveyors, Consultants, and Contractors
- Provide technical support to the wider capital projects team and prepare strategic plans
- Autonomously manage a range of construction schemes from inception to completion (£25k to £5m in value)
- Monitor spend and procurement ensuring compliance with governance across multiple projects against key delivery targets set each financial year
- Provide professional specialist expertise for all capital developments in the Trust and participate in the implementation of P3O procedures and systems such as PMO and Brand Manual development.
- Manage and Monitor CDM2015 and any/all other aspects of project Health and Safety
- Generate specifications / drawings
- Monitor the performance of the department and programme against set KPIs, providing reports and evidence
The successful candidate will have:
- Knowledge on CDM regulations
- Previous experience managing multiple projects and leading on programmes of work
- Knowledge on HTMs is ideal
