Senior Project Manager

This is a very exciting opportunity for experienced Project Managers with a passion for data and technology to join a leading European BI business.
Role: Senior Project Manager - permanent
Salary: £65K - £70K
Remote working
ASAP start date
You will be responsible for:

• Manage successfully projects end to end, tracking projects progress and ensuring the delivery is meeting business requirements.
• Building relationships with stakeholders and working collaboratively to ensure successful delivery of the projects.
• Working together with project sponsor, senior leadership, and key stakeholders to define project`s scope, set up objectives and benefits.
• Support with defining the business case and actively tracking the business scope.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that product testing is managed and any bugs are fixed.
• Plan and manage overall progress, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide regular report and updates on project progress to the sponsor.
• Be proactive with the teams across the business to make sure that they are able to accept the change.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation ensuring that key artefacts are up to date.
• Manage third parties, contractors, and contracts in accordance to company policy.
• Support the Director of Programme Delivery on the creation of project delivery framework as well as other governance and standards required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• excellent technical and commercial awareness and ability to work closely with technical teams.
• Degree or other qualification project management or business and technical related field.
• 4 years` experience in project management delivering on complex projects preferably across different regions and countries.
• previous experience working with external or internal business and technical teams to successfully deliver projects on time within the budget.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work individually and collaboratively at all levels in a multi-cultural team.
• Strong organisational skills, analytical approach, and passion to deliver on projects.
